Anyone remember what cast? determines the charge level of this enchantment? Pretty sure it is unrelated to gem size.
Wondering if it's the initial Imbue mana amount. Also wondering if anyone's notes say how many charges you get from a fully charged enchantment.

You recognize the delicate pattern of the Garden's Vision enchantment.
You sense that it is roughly halfway charged with Lunar mana.
