Has something changed with how sigil scrolls are made? I tried scribing Xibar onto a tanned frog skin and after 10 attempts it still is not working. I used to use these years ago to make scrolls out of but have been gone for a number of years. The process doesn't look any different so I'm wondering if the update to 3.0 did something to change how this needs to be done.
