I really want to finish the rest of the prediction tools, they're just a LOT of messaging (Which takes time) so "Time consuming, largely cosmetic expansions to a working system" is unfortunately trumped by "Fixing sometimes massive bugs in 3.0."

Hopefully they won't be in limbo that long.
