Changing the Empath Garden to an Open room 05/07/2018 01:34 AM CDT

As I see all the trouble that is going on in the Empath Garden now that it is an 'Open' room, why was it changed? I know I never heard anything about why it was done, and it has caused all kinds of chaos in there.

What is an open room? Outdoors? Or PvP stance?

Opens room means you can combat someone in the room, or sometimes a room that doesn't disallow stealing.

Oddly enough that room is pvp flagged, but no steal.
