The following changes to Circle of Sympathy are live in the Prime and Platinum instances:

1) The spell will now pulse more slowly, but there's no longer a limit to how much attunement a pulse can transfer. It should feel much more impactful overall.
2) The spell now requires shock-free empathy.

As a side note, the guts of the spell have been rewritten in preparation for other updates. Please let us know if you notice any oddities!
