I've just rolled in some changes removing the requirement for a 4th and 5th Survival.

This change was the result of a lot of back and forth, and we finally felt that the lost of the non-Combat option with 3.0 should be fixed.

These changes are currently only in Prime and Plat. TF will follow shortly if nothing goes horribly wrong. Please let me know if there are any problems.
