What levels do you need to have before you can Perceive the health of people other than empaths?

My current empathy skill is 68 and Power is 56. I can't see a shop owner or anyone else other than a PC empath.

*How long has it been since you've just taken a walk?

I was doing it every so often around 70 pp, much more consistently closer to 80. Around 90 every single time. Somewhere close to 100 started occasionally seeing Empaths in adjacent rooms.

I'm not sure Empathy skill has anything to do with it, someone else may know.

I believe it's empathy and power perception that matter. I don't know when it starts to kick in, although each attempt is modified by a random number, so when you first get it you'll fail a lot.

Take the link information as a guideline, not as an absolute. It hasn't tracked for any of my Plat Empaths, but none of them are 'conventional'.
