Can anyone help with a progressive list of the first few constructs for a beginning Empath?

I don't remember the exact teaching ranks other than
boggles 1-50.
next is gargoyles
then clay constructs in lang
then guardians
then gam chagas in muspari

You'll have to fight other things between constructs to have your defenses on par for the transition.

Any Constructs in the 500 range on Kresh or M'riss?

There is no constructs on the islands what so ever.

The only construct that exists in the 500 range are Ashu Hhinvi, located near Muspar'i.
