Time for some more cryptography puzzles.

A couple of different crypto puzzles, all related, but with different encryption methods:

Use patternmatching, Reexa? It's far easier than actually cracking the code. Well, until Obseden comes up with a cipher that allows for more than a 1:1 letter switch and still accounts for ambiguity generated between single- and multi-character switches (ie, d=ch versus y = c and j = h).

Once you have a reasonable guess as to what the text might be, you can more easily work backwards.

BTW Obseden, I'm still curious about the last one, how you generated each cipher from the corresponding keyword letter. I never did figure out the rule.

Also I posted about a foraging tasks bug in the appropriate thread last week, been in that folder lately? The gist of it is that Mags won't accept seolarn weed even though that's the requested item.

Looking back, although the method for the third puzzle is more difficulty than the first two, going by patten is easier to solve.

The first two look like they come from a song scroll, the third looks like it more properly comes from a book. Unless it's someone else, Nissa is probably the common link there (simply because I know of no other empath enshrined in both song and the written word).

The three blocks aren't all part of one larger response or simple continuous block of text, are they?
