This may have been asked before but I don't really want to scour individual posts looking for it.

Is there a lore reason that empaths can't hunt undead or is it an implementation problem? As it stands, empaths can't hunt non-corporeal undead even with their avenger because there's no way to bless an avenger. As I said, this may have been posted before and I just haven't been able to hunt it down.

There is a lore reason. Basically, undead still have enough life force to trigger your empathy feedback issue. It's horribly twisted and unnatural, but it's still there.
