Hi, i'm wondering how empaths best go about training MD? i did the usual tapping the hell out of a fan thing until around 50 ranks, but i'm having trouble moving it now that the fan doesnt work.

my empaths currently 12th circle with 53 ranks of MD. What i currently do is charge my bracer 3 each time i cast a healing spell, so although it keeps it moving, it barely moves.

Prep SOP, charge your bracer twice (key is to keep the charge RT at 5 seconds), focus, cast, repeat. You won't lock up within minutes, it does take time, but you'll get there.
