I think Schultzs3 was just suggesting an alternative to Kaith Partani. At least, that is how I read it. And I'd like War Healer. I'd like some empath specific titles in the magic title list, too, actually!
And Obseden, I thought you said Manipulator was going to be a title? Is it out there? Did you up the req's for it? Does somebody currently have it in prime or TF? Can prime req's be a bit lower than TF's?
