Constanze doesn't seem to care if you have Rite of Grace up if you're in the guild with transcendental necro buffs on.

Not sure if this is intentional or she's just not checking for it.

I've submitted a bug fix for this, but it's in a batch of other fixes to do with these mechanics, so for now just be careful mancing your Necro in the guildhall, even with RoG. I'll (try to remember to) update when the fixes clear QC.
