So avoid !touch is great, but it's apparently not blocking TAKE/TRANSFER. So an Empath can still attempt to TAKE/TRANSFER from a high-DO Necromancer despite the TOUCH itself being blocked and get the recoil. Like so:

You pull away from X's touch.
[You are currently AVOIDing attemps to touch you.]
>
X recoils from you, shuddering in apparent agony.

She told me the TOUCH had failed but she'd immediately tried TAKE out of habit and it tried to go through like that.

I've bugged this in-game as well.
