I'm not sure this is necessarily a bug per se, but it may not be an intended situation either so figured I'd bring it up. It seems that it's impossible to heal people using the TAKE verb while you're grappled with something. You can, however, heal them using the TRANSFER verb instead while in the same state. So it's not really a big deal since there's a work-around, but it took me a minute to figure out what was going on.
