There appears to be some sort of bug capable of keeping people alive when they overheal. I'm not sure exactly how this person was healing at the time, but this happened:
(Censored) appears to sigh and her eyes betray a confusing mixture of shock and relief just before they grow blank.
(Censored) falls down!
(Censored) stops listening to Khupo.
(Censored)'s in shock and dying!
(Censored) collapses.
(Censored) collapses, swooning from some incredible pain.
Thinking it was a normal case of "dying", I jumped in to help her out with some vitality. Much to my surprise, though, these were her injuries:

She is almost exhausted.
Note the useless internal chest scar. Yet she was quite alive. Never went unconscious, either. Unfortunately I don't have any more details than that.
