Definitely seems accurate -- mid 500s theurgy, running meraud/truffenyi/kertigen communes to keep it moving, seems to bump back up to crystal-clear quite a bit quicker than before, at least once was back to maxed dev before I even got the message that I could commune again after Meraud. Great QoL improvement as near as I can tell. None of the rituals I did use seemed broken.

incense
clean altar
kiss altar
instrument
prayer bead
stolen goods
Didn't manage to get a bleeder to test blood or dark incense, nor was I near a tithe spot or sirese. Major rituals notwithstanding, everything seems in order in the top few devotion tiers. :)
