Bah! Utility at 250 and Arcana at 151 and I still cant use either the reticule or greater foci. Does not feel like a fifty percent chance to me as Ive failed over 40 times in a row. The failure message on the greater foci is You find it to difficult to direct the flow of power you conjured.
Seems I have some Arcana grinding in my near future.
