Sometime before the end of the year, we are going to make a minor requirement change due to technical reasons. The Teaching requirement for the 71st-100th circle bracket is going to be tweaked from 3.5 ranks up to 4, while the same for the 101st+ bracket is going to be tweaked from 4.5 ranks down to 4. Ultimately this will result in requiring 10 less ranks at 150th circle, and hopefully the 70-130 circle crowd will not be inconvenienced too much.
