Howdy,

I've tried a number of times to complete this quest, to no avail. My go-to site for such information is sadly no longer available (RIP drsecrets) and I'm stuck.

I've successfully completed the reagent and applied it correctly. However, when I try to give my offering to the Gods, I get:

>You don't have the knowledge to perform this commune.

Any help? I'm clearly missing a step somewhere. I've done the quest before, but it was in TF. I'm doing this with a F2P account. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

If the caches are still valid is it worth putting the walkthroughs on the wiki?

Just as a heads up - you can still hit up drsecrets with the wayback machine to view it as it was in 2012.

I had not gone back a second time. For whatever reason I was convinced I needed to go to the shrine outside of Crossing to complete the quest. I finished it now thanks to your help!

I tried a number of times to get to an archived version of drsecrets but my Google-fu failed me. Thank you for the link.

I do think it would extremely helpful to post the information on there (not just the Cleric pages but everything) on Elanthipedia, even if it's just to archive it officially. I don't know how other folks feel about posting "secrets," but I've never been a big puzzle guy myself and find that sometimes I just want the answer when I get stuck.
