I'm working on DS under Crossing now, and they're moving defenses pretty good, and can lock my main weapon in a reasonable length of time. TM, which is also about 200, doesn't move very quickly on them, with either 3x globed FF or four in the room FoU shots, which is surprising. I'm not looking to move on just yet, because fully buffed I can handle four, but without spells they start tearing me down, but I'm curious what to move onto next, or when I can start considering moving onto the next undead critter.

You could also give geni a shot too after you're done in death spirits. Depending on how long you milk them for, the jump to geni is doable if you don't want to travel somewhere too far away. Getting into them is the hard part though, and the spawn can be poor at times.
