Ghosts:
Entering the Zaulfung to hunt I pass by the inconsolable ghost of Marelanis regularly. It would be neat if the cleric's guild could lay her to rest once and for all if she couldn't be guided to the Starry Road. Or if minions of Maelshyve fed on her spirit energy and destroyed her. Or if her messaging could be updated so it doesn't read like the Archrost event just happened.

n Stuff:
In 2013 it seemed like there might be a bevy of Saints introduced - did anything ever come of that?

Since we don't need to hear her wail for entrance anymore and haven't in a long long time I thought it would be nice to put her to rest, especially with all the clerical traffic in and out of the swamp. (and an opportunity for a small rp event)

That would work too. Actually if she went into more detail about what she will talk about it would be pretty great. Maybe a cleric event where clerics help rejuvenate her memories and reach acceptance of her eternal imprisonment on this plane in spirit form. With less wailing and more lore information about the swamp, Maelshyve, Zaulfung's Standing Stones and Farn's Company rather than single line trivia.

More work to write but maybe she'd yield different information to Bards, different information to Clerics, different information for non-bard,non-clerics with a scholarship skillcheck like varying levels of recalls.

She's not the only aging NPC that could really use updating by far but she's pretty old and timeworn.
