Hmm, lazy question I suppose but does off-handed weapon skill count as a secondary requirement when circling?

Wow, thank you for the lightning quick response that my OCD enabled me to notice so quickly! I was out of the realms for so long, sometimes it's easier just to ask again than to sort through a ton of posts (which I'm sure has it's advantages)
