Your missing the point completly Valren. Having an opinion is not rancorous nonsense.
Let me also say that your exactly that what you complained about. Pity.

I never said anywhere that having an opinion was nonsense!

All I was complaining about, but trying to be discreet, was folk getting into personal arguements over what is a matter for the whole guild.

First off, Valren's post was completely accurate.

The people who were picked got voted in by their

guildmates and peers, and in the realms, any chance of

a democratic option is good. Now, if your didn't like

the folks voted in, get over it, if your friend(s)

didn't make the cut, get over it, and especially if

your weren't voted, get over it.

Now, if anyone says that I was sounding unhappy,

I was only saying, I.C., that I didn't want all 5

guildleaders in one room at same time, which I beleive

is tactically unsound, considering the Stalkers seem

to know when the guild leaders are sleeping, they know

when they awake, they know when they are drinking, so

we better be good for goodness sake!...<Sorry, Had

to do that> ..

Bah, that's why it should have been more of a Republic type of vote. Each province has a vote. So one province doesn't outweigh the other. A pure Democracy is never good, otherwise we may end up with some type of Ogre named Al.

Al?

::snicker::

Yes, I'd say Al is an Ogre. And he has other Ogre friends, too. Bill and Ted and Mario and John and Chuck....

Leave Bill, Ted and their excellent adventure out of this.

But they killed that poor goblin girl Mary.... or was that one of Ogre Ted's "Other adventures"?

You know, the Deans of the Honors College at my college are named Ted and William. There's a painting in one hallway drawing the obvious link, with the obligatory phone booth. Course, we also call Dr. Monroe Sangria Bill, but that's a story for another day.

Insert cunning wit.

Yeah, we had a Dr. Monroe that was like that as well, but he was a Gordon.
