My friend in Crossing has 1300 ranks in Locksmithing and he says that he needs to pick boxes super-fast in order to learn locksmithing at all, at which point Drums of the Snake is a hinderence because it removes his bonuses. So I was thinking or wondering if a toggle could be added so that our friends among the thieve's guild can toggle drums of the snake to not effect them?

Either a toggle, or a significant speed bonus to locksmithing only to effect thieves in it's self to offset the dropped bonuses.
