MEDITATE READINESS:

Anticipating the glorious heat of combat, the Barbarian pumps himself/herself up. This temporarily removes the passive/non-combat inner fire regeneration cap, and immediately grants a moderate amount of inner fire. If the Barbarian does not enter combat within a certain period of time, the rush of battle bleeds into frustration, and there is a significant inner fire penalty.

What is this supposed to be used for and how is it different from Duelist Mastery, which unlocks MEDITATE DUEL? https://elanthipedia.play.net/Duelist

You can actually get the Templar Mastery and collect runestones while hunting and max out your Inner Fire (100%) by MEDITATE RUNESTONE EAT/SLAM to cap your IF to 100% if you have enough runestones on you (each MED increase 2%-3%). Just looking to see what you are trying to gain here so I can get on board or not because I don't like a penalty to my inner fire...ever. We have enough problems without tanking our IF in any way.
