This new ability will list all abilities in one command. Barbarians have the option of listing by TYPE or by PATH, and it defaults to TYPE.

This is mostly applicable to Barbarians, as every other guild has a single command to list their spells/khri, however it will also work for other guilds, mimicing SPELL for magic users and KHRI LIST for Thieves.

This is currently live in Prime and Plat.
