Howdy folks. First round of updates are live in Prime, and includes:

* Dispel now executes faster and can be used when at meditation cap
* Staunch can now be used when at meditation cap
* Power was sped up, and now gets even faster with more skill (caps at 600 ranks)
* Expertise-based Analyze <self> combos now give 50% longer to complete the combo and the effects last much longer
* Expertise-based Analyze <self> combos will now advance the combo even if they MISS. Particularly useful for ANALYZE ACCURACY


Please give feedback on how things feel. I'm particularly interested if the changes to Expertise make it more usable, considering that completing combos might someday award Combo points that you can spend on flashy DPS-improving attacks.
