Howdy folks. I've reset the forget timer due to (primarily) a large number of players having accidentally forgotten just 1 ability instead of all their abilities.

In addition, I've added a warning for if you try to forget just 1 and have a "forget all" available to you.

Please let me know if you have any problems. This should be live in all instances.
