I know the reason this was removed is because it had the ability to cause too much grief for players getting weapons stolen and/or lost.

However I really liked this ability and used it quite often in PVE. So my proposal is bring it back for PVE only.

I would also like to request an enhancement to it. Combine its affects with the old insane laughter.

Roaring gives critters the shakes, causing the critter to drop whatever is in its hands. When this happens the critter receives a 2-5 second RT. This effect pulses over the course of the ability however long you deem worthy and staying within caps.
