The IotS Quest is live - sort of.

The spell currently has no preq other than 40th (It was going to get Unleash but I don't like that as a preq for it and didn't see anything else fitting - I'm open to suggestions however). Currently the quest is located one west of Kssarh and that's all I'm going to say about that. No, that won't be where it is when we go live.
