Everyone here knows it takes many more bits (much more learning) to move a skill from 602 ranks to 603 ranks than it does to move it from 52 to 53 ranks. Using average of skill after conversion ignores this. If we are going to use an average of all melee/missle weapons, then please average the bits, and add in the % of the weapons bonus pool from melee for melee and missle for missle then average it.
