Could we get a GM to look at the exchange rates and fees system?
Everything posted here ends up being wrong in practice.

You can't calculate an exact amount to exchange from any currency beforehand as the posted rates and exchange fees are wrong.
Seriously try it yourself and see.

It was a holiday in game last week so there was no exchange fee, in case you're basing your numbers off of that. As for right now, it looks like it's all correct aside from 1 copper here and there due to rounding.

So i want 6104 dokoras and i have kronars.
6104 x 1.385 x 1.05 = 8878 kronars needed
I should get 6104 dokoras right, but you dont you get 6086 dokoras.
How did i mess this up?

By not correctly accounting for the 5% fee, and rounding the exchange rate.
6104 x 1.386 / .95 = 6104 x 1.386 x 1.0526 = 8905.4, so try with 8906 kronars.

You're calculating the exchange fee incorrectly. The conversion formula to Dokoras from Kronar is:
Dokoras = (Kronars * KtoD exchange rate) - (Kronars * KtoD exchange rate * fee)
In reduced form:
D = Ke - Kef
D = Ke(1-f)
Solving for K you get
K = D/(e(1-f))
For your case that is:
K = 6104 / (0.721 * (1- 0.05)) = 8911 kronars need.
Calculating that forward to double check:
(8911 * 0.721)(1-0.05) = 6103, so I'd round up to 8922 or even 8925 or 8930 to make sure.
