Donno if it's a bug or not but I was able to join the anti-necromancer attitude movement while under social outrage and suspicion of being a necromancer or sorceror. Didn't seem logical that they would accept me until the SO wore off. I expected a beating or an extra dose of SO for my temerity.:

After assessing the area, you think local law enforcement keeps an eye on what's going on here.
You are also fairly sure that the people are suspicious that you are either a necromancer or sorcerer.
You believe that XXXX shares your attitude that all necromancers are evil.

After thinking about it, it's probably because I got the SO in Shard and with the new changes it didn't cross Provinces. This makes sense for shops and town services but for something like necromancer attitude which is global it should probably check SO no matter the province you earned it in. Also it would be highly amusing if it did spike your SO and he recommended visiting/sent you to see Khurek.
