I don't see any reason for the GMs to force this in the lore IG simply for the sake of having it there.

Personally, I like to think that when situations such as RPG's take a neutral view to LGBT relationships it's because it's finally becoming accepted as normal rather than something that needs to be forced in order to prove they believe its normal.

On that note, if we're going to make a big deal about LGBT relationships IG, we need to make an even bigger deal about interracial relationships. And do we really want to step into that snake pit?
