I've just finished raiding the Throne City Museum, specifically looking for gweth stones and I couldn't find them.
I've been there before and stolen them, so my question is this:
Do they rotate with some other stock, meaning they aren't always there, or was I just blind? I opened nearly all the cases in the Museum, first and second floor. Where are they?
Any advice from Museum heist verterans would be welcome.

You must have just missed them ... second floor, south room:

A quadruple set of marble columns rise towards the vaulted ceiling, each adorned with majestic restored tapestries and proud signs extolling the archaeological finds of Throne City. One massive cloth tapestry stands out from its kin, the bottom edge partially draped over a framed chart. In a position of obvious importance, a jewelry case rests in front of the balcony railing. You also see an exhibition case, a strong oak case and a polished marble case.
Obvious exits: northeast, northwest.

You non-chalantly glance around, casing out the area.
An exhibition case appears locked, and might be trapped. It contains a papyrus scroll which looks to be something you could hold only in your dreams.
A jewelry case appears locked, and might be trapped. It contains some varied gwethdesuan stones which looks slightly challenging.
A strong oak case appears locked, and might be trapped. It contains a hairless rabbit's foot which looks slightly challenging.
A polished marble case appears locked, and might be trapped. It contains a tattered yellow scroll which looks to be something you could hold only in your dreams.

I just caught it right there. I was expecting to see it in the "You also see" portion, not the room description.
I kept going back into that room because I could have sworn it was there. Should have opened my eyes.

Yeah this is why I like mark though it's a little broken and doesn't accurately show if the cases are unlocked or open. It does tell you what's in each case though, which I use often enough.
