Sending a letter to the Baron 01/11/2018 11:52 PM CST

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, however in the last log of the session with the Baron it seemed like there were communications sent to the Baron via letter. Requesting things or making introductions or the like. I'm just wondering, practically, how does one do that?

How does this actually work?

Couple ways I can think of.

You could email events saying "Hey, my character is sending a letter to so-and-so that says X" or something like that.

You could send a friend to the audience with a "letter" and have them open and read it.

Things like that.
