Nirefrei River that feeds the Lake of Tears 09/12/2021 10:23 PM CDT

We currently have no epedia documentation for the Nirefrei River (other than it feeds the Lake of Tears). Is there any official information or lore tidbits we could have regarding the Nirefrei in light of the recent proclamation by Ecclesiarch Suulnir, that the Dragon Priest Empire considers it a territorial border?

It's at least on some maps, giving a sense of "Southern border for a mountainous area south of the Selgotha River."
