Look in the estate holder sea caves, should be a tent or something there with the items iirc.

I think he might mean non estate holders, in which case there's a store on Ratha.

It would help to be more clear and not use made up acronyms, though.

Going forward, people have already responded to you about the Ratha location. Why don't you try clicking on the link a few posts back. I also took -maybe- 30 seconds of my time, looked in the GM Announcements folder and found the exact post announcing the vault furniture addition for both Non*-*Estate Holder and Estate Holder.
