Qi, is the only province without an Enchanting Society, add to that the fact that we also can't lumberjack there, players are often complaining that there aren't enough high level creatures to fight, and travel in the province is so teidious as player boats are no longer being created, there is nothing to make people want to come to this province. So why aren't the GMs trying work on this province that needs the work on it the most?
