I'll second this. I requested a crate or some such there in the Riverhaven folder not too long after the mana storm but never did get one there. DR-TIESSE said there was a room with a new containter that had decent life mana after the storm but the problem with that place (Commons of Magnolia Corner, the room with Mayor Bressail's mansion) is that the general goods store is kind of easy to find, that isn't. General store can be found with DIR and is right on a main road, easy for newer players to come across and find.
