I agree with this post. Undershard is one of the coolest areas in the game, and the Grey Market would rock if there was some spice to it. Merchants, shops, and I think there should be mobs that attempt to pickpocket from players. Nothing too beefy, like something 100 perception would easily nab. I think it would be rewarding to catch some footpad in your pockets and slay him in public like that.

Hmm, that link is wonky. At one point, a bunch of the folder identification numbers got thrown off when they added the necro folders. Maybe that messed up your link?
