can we get it changed to allow cloth armor to be dyed....

I just checked and cloth armor should be able to be dyed, much in the same way leather armor is. If your cloth armor cannot be dyed, check to see if it has a fancy TAP. That's usually the culprit. If that ISN'T the case, we'll have to see what's going on with that.

Unfortunately, most cloth armor has a 'fancy (UGLY) tap', so in effect it is not dyable.
