I asked about this at a Plat meeting awhile ago.

It seems there needs to be some work done on the "sea" routes for ships to recognize Ain Ghazal, Ilaya Tapa, and the Hib dock so that we can use them. It seems nobody is specifically assigned to ships but that this facet is on the list of 'things to do'.

Right now we can sail and moor off of Ain Ghazal but as for the dock and other destinations, the "path" to get there does not exist for the ships to follow, as far as my understanding of what I was told.
