I really like the layout of the place.. it screams Elvish. I can assume these are River Elves?

Yeah.. that's why there are Elves running around everywhere and no Dwarves..

Just for the record,in my observations, in the mountains,what with the snow and the ice everywhere,very similar to the climate the Snow Elves thrived in,least according to the books I've read IG.<shrug>
