I dunno. :) 25N runs the new shelter, the JNN and I work with my brigade S6 supplying both phone and internet, so any we have is through this shelter... Though the DOA seems to control the websites I can go to more than I do. it might be something that the hub can unlock, however, that's a lot to ask of folks who don't often know how to turn things on, let alone make policy changes. in any event... I'm sure I'll stumble across some way to play, heck, even a dial-up, (which I'm fairly certain is available for a not-so-nominal fee in Iraq) is enough to play DR carefully.
