If anyone has any suggestions for a good friend of mine, please let me know!

He left Cisco in California and has been living & working in WA for the past 5 months with a friend. He's now looking for his own place and having a hard time. Maybe someone here will have some suggestions? Craiglist just isn't doing it - or is he looking for the impossible?

He is in the 98106 area now, his work is around the 98123 area (Belltown)

He's interested in west or south Seattle for price, needs at least 1000 sq ft, with a garage preferable for car, motorcycle and storage needs.

He'll go about anywhere in the south, down to Burien if it isn't too bad and no further north than Ravenna - otherwise he's back in the same traffic nightmare as Cali.

Single, non-smoker, has one cat. (house cat, not his tiger)

Trying to keep in the price ranger of 1000-1300.

If you know of another listing or anywhere he should be looking if you could let me know I'd highly appreciated it!
