It could also be a typo for Yous or Ewes, both terms are used in here in Colorado. Yous is used by the NY transplants like me,,,,heh.. and Ewe's are up in the mountains with the other mountain sheep!

Personally I've never heard the phrase Utard...hehe it's gonna stick now though!
