I was just informed today by his wife that William Howdeshell, the player of Anghmar, was killed in Iraq on July 26, 2007.

He will definitely be missed.

As the occupation in Iraq drags on, its easy to forget about it in your day to day life. This really brings it back to the forefront of my mind. Very sorry to hear the news, I wish his wife the best of luck.

Godspeed, Sergeant. I only saw him in passing in game, but my thoughts go out to him and his family all the same.
