These sound good, I'll have to give them a go! Here's one that I found in a magazine I made at Thanksgiving using almonds. They didn't last long.

Chili Spiced Almonds

1 tablespoon water
1 egg white
1 lb unblanched almonds
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teasspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat oven to 300. Combine water and gg white, stir with whisk til foamy, add almonds, toss then drain in colander to remove excess. Combine almonds with sugar thru chili powder, toss to coat. Spread out evenly on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 275 bake additional 40 minutes, stirring occassionaly.
